Delivery
UK post & packaging charges (excluding Northern Ireland) are as follows:
Small Order (under 1kg)
£4.25 for standard delivery within 3-5 working days.
£6.95 for express delivery within 1-2 working days.
Medium Order (over 1kg)
£5.45 for standard delivery within 3-5 working days.
£8.05 for express delivery within 1-2 working days.
Quilts:
£8.75 for standard delivery within 2-4 working days.
£10.05 for express delivery within 1-2 working days.
Free standard delivery for orders over £200 (excluding quilts).
Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving your order unless we are experiencing extremely busy times, or it is a weekend, when orders will be posted out on a Monday. Orders placed after midday on Friday won’t be dispatched until Monday morning. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail (standard or first class) and Evri next day delivery for heavier parcels. We make every effort to deliver your goods in the shortest time possible. If the item which you order is out of stock, or is going to be delayed in any way, we will contact you via email and offer you the option to cancel should you not wish to wait.

At present we do not ship internationally as standard on our website, but we frequently ship abroad. Should you wish to place an international order with us please email us with your order, your full address and postcode and we will provide a quote for you. We pass on international shipping at cost price to our customers, but you will be responsible for any import and shipping duties incurred at destination.
At present we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland as standard on our website. Should you wish an order to be sent to Northern Ireland please contact us via email.
Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your order, however, should you wish to return an item for any reason please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by email at mayasahgal@mayah.co.uk. Goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving them. All items must be returned in showroom condition with any original tags. You are responsible for the arrangement and cost of return shipping and delivery with the exception of damaged items. We strongly advise using a tracked postage service with insurance as we cannot offer refunds for any items that fail to reach us. We reserve the right to return any of the merchandise that does not meet Maya H return requirements. All products purchased on sale or seconds items are non-returnable. We will process a refund to your original payment method as soon as we receive your parcel. Please note that this can take up to 5-7 working days to reach your account.
Items Sent in Error
If we accidentally send you an incorrect item, colour, size or variation please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and where we require the incorrect item to be returned, we will provide a prepaid returns label or otherwise cover the reasonable cost of return. Please keep the incorrect item safe and make it available for return. We may ask that it is returned within a reasonable period using the return method we provide. You will not be charged any additional delivery or return costs where the error is ours.
